MyNetBuddy is a parental control application that helps parents monitor and manage their children's digital activities. Our Service includes:
• App blocking and scheduling features
• Screen time management
• School Block functionality
• Buddy AI assistant
• Emergency and safety features
• Family communication tools
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and the legal parent or guardian of any children whose devices you monitor using our Service. By using our Service, you represent and warrant that you have the legal authority to consent to monitoring on behalf of the children in your care.
4. Account Registration
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
5. Payment Terms
• MyNetBuddy is available for a one-time payment of €24.99
• This payment grants you lifetime access to the Service
• All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment providers
• We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee if you are not satisfied
• Prices may be subject to applicable taxes
6. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to use our Service to:
• Monitor any person without legal authority to do so
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the rights of others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the Service for any illegal or harmful purpose
7. Intellectual Property
The MyNetBuddy application, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Vysion bvba and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our Service without our express written permission.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. While we strive to protect your children online, no parental control solution can guarantee complete protection against all online threats.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vysion bvba shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Belgium.
